This family home located north of Madrid is located at the highest point of a plot with substantial topographical changes, so that the project takes full advantage of the differences in height.

The house is protected by a sloping roof made of Corten steel that frames the access to the house in the lowest part, and rises in a southward direction to favour the light and the views in the living areas. The sleeping area is located in the lower level together with the garden.
The X-shaped distribution establishes four very distinct landscape areas in the site that are then integrated into the residence itself.
