MORALEJA F Residence

The interconnection of parallel elements generates interior views and diverse perspectives that enrich the home

The strategy of this home project involves the repetition of five similar volumes, with courtyards between them and different levels of privacy. A large transversal axis connects them horizontally, producing a sequence of spaces for different activities.

Overlapping layers are used in the composition of the façades to deal with solar control and privacy issues.

The entrance hall is connected to the first part of the house. The first courtyard opens next to it, giving way to the most public area in the house (dining room and lounge), directly connecting to the second courtyard, creating an indoor-outdoor space, and so on. Continuing along the central axis that serves as a backbone for the residence, we find a third courtyard followed by the private part of the house (living room and bedrooms).
